JIG 4 LOUVER TEMPLATE 1/4 by 1 3/4 with 20 Deg. Angle
This is our newest shutter jig that lets you create a jig as long is you need. The louver size is now a 1/4 thick by 1 3/4 wide they fit in the stile at a 20 deg. angle. The jig has right and left end and as many center section as you need. Each end section has 12 louvers and the center section has 12. Each section is $85.00 To start you need 1 left and 1 right. ALL JIG"S ARE 90.00 FOR EACH SECTION. ALL JIGS DO BOTH LH AND RH STILES
This new jig was requested by a customer so we have added it to our product line.
The angle is 5 deg. more vertical which will allow you to have a slightly thinner stile.
