 This jig adds new versitility to our family of shutter jigs.  We have been asked by users to give them the abilty to produce larger and more versitile shutters. You can use the proper bushing that fits the template but use different size cutters such as 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, you can also use larger louvers by cutting a tenon on the end of a larger louver that matches the mortice that you cut in the stiles.  There is a sample of a louver with a tenon cut on it in the pictures.

This method can also be used on our other larger shutter jigs

 To start you need 1 left and 1 right jig each section is 132.00.  ALL JIGS DO BOTH LH AND RH STILES

This new jig was requested by a customer so we have added it to our product line.
