JIG 1 SHUTTER LOUVER
This jig was created to make the shutters for my 100 year house. You clamp the right and left stile in the jig and route them both at the same time. That eleminates all alinement problems. The louver size is 1/4 thick by 1 5/8 wide they fit in the stile at a 25 deg. angle
